Tips for High School Health & PE

Make sure to keep your uniform in your locker and wear it during every class.
Try your best during class, even if you're not very athletic, because the point of PE is to help you get more exercise and learn about physical activities you may enjoy.
If you do not have to take Health & PE at your high school but are still interested in taking a similar class, some schools offer physical fitness or sports medicine classes for students who are especially interested in Health & PE topics.
Ensure that you know all the key vocabulary that you learn, because most quizzes and tests in Health test your knowledge of specific health concepts like parts of the human heart or different ways to stay healthy.
